Equinology Checklist

NRC PLUS
Equinology has now approved the NRC Plus course to fulfill the nutrition requirement (EQ1400:Equine Nutrition) which is a portion of the Master Equine Body Worker Certification. Students may also apply for Equinology credit for this course even if they are not attempting the certification level. To receive Equinology credit, you must complete the NRC Plus course and complete the Equinology Exam by registering for it through Dr. Kellon. Once you have successfully completed these, enroll in the EQ1410 Nutrition Externship on the Equinology site at: http://www.equinology.com/info/course.asp?courseid=74 . All portions (Dr. Kellon's course and exam) and the EQ1410 Nutrition Externship must be completed for Equinology credit.

For the NRC Plus portion, the following are required:

1. Complete the NRC Plus course.
2. Pay the Equinology Exam Fee using Paypal.
3. Fill out the form below to request the links and test.
4. Complete the test with at least a 70%. (You may take it more than once.)

Upon completion of the above requirements, you will get an email confirmation that you have completed th requirements for NRC Plus lecture portion and exam of the Equinology course. The information will be sent to Equinology quarterly.

Neurological and Muscular Disorders (NMD)
Equinology has now approved the Neurological and Muscular Disorders (NMD) course to fulfill the neurology and muscle disorders requirement (EQ1300: Equine Neurology and Muscle Disorders) which is a portion of the Master Equine Body Worker Certification. Students may also apply for Equinology credit for this course even if they are not attempting the certification level. To receive Equinology credit, you must complete the NMD course and complete the Equinology Exam by registering for it through Dr. Kellon. Once you have successfully completed these, enroll in the EQ1310 Neurology Externship on the Equinology site at: http://www.equinology.com/info/course.asp?courseid=75 . All portions (Dr. Kellon's course and exam) and the EQ1310 Neurology Externship must be completed for Equinology credit.

For the NMD course, the following are required:

1. Complete the NMD course.
2. Pay the Equinology Exam Fee using Paypal.
3. Fill out the form below to request the links and test.
